I am a busy attorney and I work very hard for my clients; including you should you choose to hire me.

If you intend to hire an attorney I will not bill you for your initial contact with me during which we will have a preliminary discussion of your case and of my fee. Most of the time this discussion can be conducted on the telephone. This may be followed by an office visit if necessary and appropriate. If you choose to hire me and my fee is paid we will proceed in a more in depth manner.

If you already have an attorney and are seeking a second opinion your consultation will not be free.

I do not provide free consultations for those who just want information and do not intend to hire an attorney. If you fit in this category you will be better served contacting an attorney who offers such a service.
